Resident Evil 5!!

Get ready to be hunted by countless zombies again because it's Resident Evil time!
The story continues from the point that stopped the previous title.This time the game's main character is Chris Redfield who was also the main character of the first Resident Evil.Chris is sent to Africa in order to discover the reasons of the outbreak of, the well known to all of us, the T-virus which is spread all over the continent.There, Chris will have to give a very tough fight for survival.Also he will have a female partner (unfortunately we don't know anything about her).



The graphics are the game's main weapon.The models are so detailed that you'll think that everything you see on the screen is real.The gameplay has not changed from Resident Evil 4 but this time zombies can break windows so they can attack you and they can smash the roadblocks you made and catch you in surprise.Chris will have to discover hideouts so he can hide from the massive groups of the zombies.A very realistic feature of the game is that Chris can be affected from the exposure to the sun and will make your vision blur.Moreover, when you go from a vey hot area to a dark one your vision will be also affecte until Chris gets used to the place.



The weaponry are the same as the previous title but this time you can throw any object you see to your enemies.Except the old-fashioned single player mode you can play co-op offline or online with your friend and you have the option to get in and get out anytime you like for the first time in the series.

Resident Evil 5 is going to be released at the beginning of 2009 and it will be available for PS3 and XBOX 360.

DKΣ3713 Event: Nomura Interview and Informations

Hey guys,
Famitsu has a new Tetsuya Nomura interview in their latest issue. He discusses the upcoming DKE3713 event along with some interesting information regarding the Kingdom Hearts Series..



INTERVIEW SUMMARY
Nomura believes that the Kingdom Hearts series has "succeeded the blood" of the Final Fantasy series. It has used the spirit of action, RPG, shooting, and other elements combined. The reason for this is that the story for Kingdom Hearts is a continuation of the same person for a long time, which is different for the Final Fantasy series.

In addition, Nomura commented on gaming platforms when asked in regards to the Kingdom Hearts series. He believes it doesn't matter for the hardware, as long as it has a refreshing feel for the series.

FURTHER INFORMATION
- It's said that the Kingdom Hearts games will be shown August 3rd.
- Birth by Sleep will be playable for the first time at the event.
- It was reported that mobile production was canceled, but Coded is listed for the event.
- DKE3713 is a private show so for the general public that wants to see and play the games (Meaning not much information may be leaked).
- TGS (Tokyo Game Show) in October will feature more new information. The dates as of now are set from October 9-12 2008.
- The private party will be at the same format as previous Square-Enix events. That's right! It's the closed theatre (again).
- Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days is being tuned and balanced, but it is not quite as polished as Final Fantasy: Dissidia yet.
- It's been said that they are taking feedback from the playable demo.
- Birth by Sleep is not anywhere close to it's final stages, but Nomura wants to let people get a chance to try it out.

Spore Creature Creator!!!

At last a Spore demo is out! This demo actually will allow you to make any creature you like!
It has been released for both Mac and PC. So I downloaded it and it's aaaawwsome. So not much to say just see it on your own and that will be a nice distraction until the release of the full game, and don't forget European release date is 5th September 2008 and North American is 7th September 2008. Now don't ask me for other regions. So you can download the PC version of the demo HERE and the Mac version HERE!

Square Enix's DKΣ3713 Private Party

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Hello everyone and welcome to our blog!
In my first post I'm going to refer to the latest Hideo Kojima game, Metal Gear Solid 4:Guns of the patriots.

Metal Gear Solid 4 is a action-adventure-first person shooter.... well you can't describe what is it genre easy because its all that,
it has all the action you need, you can switch to first person mode anytime, and if you don't like shooting all the time you can move like the shadow using stealth, its so simple.

As for the story Snake is in some country in the middle east.The first thing that you are going to notice is the fact that Snake is old because Snake is a clone of the Big Boss, the main character in Metal Gear 3, and his cells age very fast so things are not going to be a walk in the park.

At the beginning of the game you are informed that private military companies use soldiers with nanomashines to increase their strength.As soon as Snake finds out that the 5 biggest private military companies are controlled by Outer Heaven, which belongs to Snake's evil brother, he decides to take one more mision, to travel to middle east to kill him before the private armies kill everyone.



Except the ordinary soldiers Snake has to face the new advanced mini metal gears,the Gekkos which are smart, fast and they are going to follow you everywhere like a loyal pet (I'm kidding about the pet thing).Well except from the new enemies Snake has a few new tricks on his sleeve.With his new suit he can cover himself better than ever in every terrain.Also when you hold L1 the camera moves behind Snake's shoulder, just like Resident Evil 4.

Another new feature that you are going to love is the option to visit Drebin's Store in the pause menu and buy weapons.Every time you gain weapons that you already have they are automatically sell to Drebin.If you are using stealth and avoid battles the prices of the waepons are cheap but if you play with your finger on the trigger all the time teir prices will be on the roof.But if you avoid battles and you don't need ammo there will be discounts like 20% discount in all carbines, buy then and you won't lose.



As for the visuals they are outstanding because it's the only game that filled a 50 GB dual-layer Blu-ray disc.The sound is perfect, you can hear the bullets swing just past from your ears and the explosions are more realistic than ever.



If you are planing to purchase Metal Gear Solid 4 and you don't have a PS3 system thing twice because now you can buy a 40GB PS3 system with it.



Well I can't tell you everything about the game, you will have to discover other things by yourself or you'll lose the feeling of gaming.

Well quality wasn't good because the guy who recorded it said "it's a record of a recording" so don't expect a better quality maybe in a few months there will be a trailer with high quality and more things and let's hope for a KH:358/2 Days trailer too! Well at least not to be 3 seconds!
Well what we see in this trailer are:
- Master Xehanort speaks with Terra in the desert
- Terra maginificently summons his Keyblade
- Gamplay footage of the Sleeping Beauty world is shown
- Master Xehanort talks with Ven in Olympus Coliseum
- Ven is defeated by the Dark Soldier, then Mickey arrives
- Terra watches over Riku & Sora in Destiny Islands
- Terra defends Ven in the Radiant Gardens
- Ven, on Destiny Islands, speaks with a mysterious figure
